Navigating People Profiles in OpenField

You can see a contact’s information, history, and related notes in the People Profiles Tab!

✏️ Please Note: To see a canvasser’s profile, continue to navigate to the Users Tab.

Viewing People Profiles

Navigate to People Profiles in your Burger Bar. 

This will bring you to the search page. You can search by name or toggle to Advanced search to search for more specific information. 

Click search to see a list of people in your Garden who match the criteria you selected.

Select the person you want to view.

People Profile Details

Overview

The Overview page for a person will show you at a glance:

• Gender
• Age
• Zip Code
• Last Active
  • Last time someone interacted with the profile, this could be the date they were added, the last canvassing date, or the most recent note
• Household
  • Links to anyone else in your file who lives at the same address
• Note box to add a note for the profile
  • Notes will appear on the Admin Side only
• List of most recent notes & changes made on the Admin Side 
   

About

The About page has editable information, such as address and phone number, and non-editable information, such as Model Scores and Voter Status. Click on the drop-downs to see more information. 

✏️ Please Note: The Quick Edit button at the top right will open a window to edit personal information. 

Outreach

The Outreach tab will show you all of the attempted and successful contacts for the person.

In this view, you can see:

• Conversation Code
• Turf Number
• Script
• Date
• Time
• Contact Type
• Response
• Address
• Contacted By
