It’s easy to export all the data associated with one of your Saved Searches or Conversation Codes so you can access and work on it outside OpenField.
✏️ Please Note: You can still export data after a Conversation Code has expired and before and after the start and end times.

✏️ Please Note: For now, Exports from a Saved Search do not include attempt or conversation information for a contact.
Exporting from a Conversation Code
The Conversation Code Exports page lets you see records and links to all your previous Conversation Code Exports or start a new one.
✏️ Please Note: Click on our Burger Bar menu in the top left corner of your browser's menu to reveal a sidebar.
Click Exports, then Conversation Codes.
Click Add Conversations Export.
Select the Conversation Code you want to export data from via the drop-down.
Next, pick the Date and Time you’d like to export from.
Tap the Save button to start your Conversation Code Export.
Your Conversation Code Export is now processing! You’ll be returned to the Conversation Code Exports page with a message that your Export was added successfully. If your Export status is PENDING, wait for the Export to finish processing, then refresh the page.
Downloading your Export
Once your Conversation Code Export is done processing, you’ll see a link to a CSV file in the Upload column. Tap this link to download your Conversation Code Export CSV.
Now you’re free to take that Export data anywhere!
Deleting Exports
You can delete Conversation Code Exports individually or in bulk if needed.
✏️ Please Note: Once you delete a Conversation Code Export, it cannot be recovered. You must make a new Export.
Deleting Individually
On the Conversation Code Exports page, tap the linked ID number for the Export you want to delete.
On the Exports details page, click Delete.
You’ll be taken to a summary page confirming what will be deleted. Click Yes, I’m Sure to delete the Export.
Deleting in Bulk
On the Exports page, tap the check boxes next to the Exports you’d like to delete.
Tap the Action drop-down, select Delete selected conversations exports, then click Go.
You’ll be taken to a summary page confirming what will be deleted. Click Yes, I’m Sure to delete the Exports.
