Please make sure to include all relevant details in your request; this will help expedite a resolution.
- What is happening
- Resident list doesn’t open, Turf never completes downloading, Conversation replies aren’t being saved, etc.
- The steps you took before getting the error -
- “I was trying to download turf for offline”, “I tried Saving the conversation I just had with Marsha Johnson”, “I clicked ‘Next Call’, etc.
- URL to where you are getting the error in OpenField
- Both before and after the error if possible
- Conversation Code, if applicable
- Device you are using
- iPhone 15 Pro, Galaxy s20, Pixel 7, Mac Book, etc.
- Operating System
- Windows 11, Mac Ventura, Android 15, iOS17, etc.
- Browser
- Safari, Chrome Version 125.0.6422.7, Microsoft Edge, etc.
- Any Screenshots that you think would be helpful

- Log into our Help Center to see your ticket history
- This is a separate log-in from any OpenField instance log-ins you have
